The editors of Cahiers Élisabéthains are progressivelymaking available to Web readers the bilingual abstracts and key-words of thearticles published in our journal.
At first, the abstracts of the issues published since the fabrication ofCahiers went computerised in 1986 will be published on our server, thenour general index will follow. We also hope to make the same informationavailable for the issues published before we went computerised. Informationabout the availability of old issues will be regularly updated
We hope that this extension of our classical paper publication will provideyou with a handy archive of the themes of English Renaissance culture treatedby our authors over the past 25 years. The publication of number 50, a specialissue honoured by some of the major authors of our profession, will coincidewith new services for the international visitors of our Web pages. See you inOctober 1996.
